Specialties
I specialize in providing affirming therapy for Queer, Transgender, and Neurodivergent (Autistic and ADHD) adolescents and adults. While many of my clients identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+, my practice is inclusive and open to people from all backgrounds. Clients seek my compassionate guidance to navigate challenges such as eating disorders (ARFID, anorexia, binge eating disorder), disordered eating, body image issues, neurodivergent needs, and transgender identity exploration.

Gender and sexuality are deeply personal and complex aspects of identity, and they often evolve over time. For many individuals, navigating these changes or answering questions about their identity can feel overwhelming or isolating. Therapy provides a supportive, affirming space to explore these experiences. As a therapist with lived experience and a person-centered approach, I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals to address challenges related to gender exploration, coming out, transitioning, and understanding their authentic selves. Together, we’ll explore your needs and empower you to embrace your unique journey.

Living as a neurodivergent individual—whether Autistic, ADHD, or otherwise—can present unique challenges and opportunities. Therapy offers a supportive and affirming space to navigate common experiences like managing sensory sensitivities, improving executive functioning, addressing social or workplace struggles, and coping with anxiety or burnout. Many neurodivergent individuals also seek therapy to explore their identity, unpack past experiences of misunderstanding or stigma, and build strategies for thriving in a neurotypical world. As a therapist with experience supporting neurodivergent clients, I provide a compassionate, person-centered approach to help you embrace your strengths and overcome obstacles on your terms.

Struggling with eating disorders or body image concerns can feel isolating, especially in a world filled with harmful messages about weight and appearance. My approach is rooted in Health at Every Size (HAES) principles, providing a non-shaming, compassionate space to explore your relationship with food, body, and self-worth. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, including the distinct experiences of neurodivergent individuals (Autistic and ADHD). I integrate techniques such as CBT-AR, CBT-E, and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to support healing. Whether you’re navigating restrictive eating, binge eating, body dysmorphia, or other intersecting challenges, we’ll work together to foster self-acceptance and develop sustainable tools for your well-being.
